Is for those cabin owners whose cabin has sat empty and needs a little touch up for a renter that is due in.
We double check Hot Tub for PH Levels and turn temp up, Clean that nasty ring that had formed in the toilet, ( You know, the one that makes your guest ? if it was even cleaned after the last guest ,) dust, turn Heat or A/C unit to a comfortable setting.
This also saves on your units electric.
Often renters will be hot or cold upon entering your cabin and will turn unit far to high or low causing the unit to work over time.
Above that, you want to give your guest that

Our "Secret Cabin Shopper 4 U Program"
Is offered to those owners who have chosen to place their vacation rental in the hands of a management company and just want a double take on their property and how well their managment company is performing for them.
Our Shopper Program starts with our first phone call to the management company.
We always call and verify your on line booking.
We check-in your cabin, pretending to be your guest, with the hope of being greeted with the
"WOW FACOTR".
We stay over night in your cabin, complete our shopper report, take photo's of our findings, and as a benefit to you, we also complete our "Walk Though 4 U" check list..as noted above.
The "Secret Shopper Cabin Report 4 U" allows you to verify your guest check-in,reports (which, you should receive through your managment company ) and it brings awareness of how well your cabin is cleaned and what issues, if any, need to be addressed.
We only ask that you keep an open mind as to our findings and not take things personally.
